Gloucester Brewery announces key appointements

A Gloucester Brewery has made two key appointments.

The Gloucester Brewery has appointed Lance Bradley as chairman and Naomi Smith as finance director to its board,

Lance Bradley is currently chief executive of  Ospreys Rugby and previously held roles as vice president of Mitsubishi UK and chief executive of Gloucester Rugby,

He will provide guidance to the brewery as it continues its growth and expansion.

Naomi Smith has been promoted from finance manager to finance director.

In her new role she will play a pivotal part in driving the financial strategy and operational efficiency of the business.

Geoff Smith, managing director of Gloucester Brewery, said: “Over the past 18 months, Gloucester Brewery has made great strides post-Covid. Strengthening the management team and increasing capability at the board level is a testament to the growth ambitions of the business.
