Recruitment firm expands into South West

A growing recruitment firm with 10 offices across the Midlands and North has expanded into the South West.

Swift Temps has selected Gloucester for its new staffing hub, supporting businesses across the South West with their temporary and permanent staffing requirements.

Managing director Damian Lee founded the business in Worcestershire in 2016, but until now its expansion had always been to the north.

Lee said: “The move is our biggest regional expansion in six years and is part of our overall expansion strategy to create a nationwide network of professional recruitment services for serving businesses across the country.”

Dave Green joins Swift as a director to help spearhead the company’s growth in the South West, having already amassed 25 years of experience in the recruitment sector.

The new Gloucestershire branch specialises in placing workers in industrial, food, engineering, transport and commercial sectors in both temporary and permanent roles.
