AIM-listed Time Finance has revealed expanded roles for three of its senior management team.
Their roles are all aligned with the business’s five-year growth plan, focused on further expanding its portfolio.
Steve Nichols, who was formerly director of asset finance, has become managing director of asset finance, delegating further responsibility to deliver the division’s strategy and financial results.
Sharon Bryden, who holds the role of group head of operations, has seen an expansion in her role to now include increased risk responsibility within the invoice finance division.
Lorraine Neyland, who was previously director of risk, now holds the title of group risk director, which better reflects her responsibilities in risk management across the group.
Time Finance’s chief executive Ed Rimmer said: “Steve, Sharon, and Lorraine have amassed a great deal of industry experience, and it is so important to have dynamic, talented and reliable leaders to work alongside. I look forward to working together more closely with the senior management team to make the 24/25 financial year our most successful yet.”
