Aon welcomes apprentices and graduates to Bristol office
Professional services firm Aon has welcomed its latest cohort of early careers talent to its office in Bristol with the arrival of two apprentices, and four recent graduates.
The new team members will work across a range of functional areas, including investment and wealth consulting, and as part of Aon’s Early Careers Programme will gain meaningful work experience and benefit from opportunities to build professional skills through hands-on learning.
Aon’s apprenticeship programme offers a comprehensive 18-month to two-year experience that blends education with practical work. The firm’s graduate programme, called ‘Launch,’ is focused on cultivating high achievers and preparing them for future leadership roles, ensuring a smooth transition into full-time positions.
Natalie Few, senior consultant, said: “Aon recognises the value in offering varied pathways for young professionals to gain experience in a professional working environment and develop key skills.
“It has been wonderful to see the energy and eagerness of our new graduates, placement students, and apprentices. They have fully embraced the opportunities to learn and acquire new skills.”
