22,000 sq ft industrial site sold

A prime industrial site in Tewksbury has been sold.

The sale of 1-6 Shannon Point, a 22,000 sq ft site, was concluded off-market.

Shannon Point was fully let to four separate tenants at the time of the sale.

The agent on the sale, KBW, said the multi-let investment opportunity provided high-quality units with consistently good rental demand, making it an attractive proposition for potential buyers.

The multi-let site had been looked after by KBW’s commercial agency team for several years, with the team involved in completing new lettings, lease renewals, and rent reviews on behalf of the previous owner, Cheltine Ltd.

The new owners are Kinver Capital.
