PR firm gets funding support

Stroud business Admire PR, has received £26,000 in funding from SWIG Finance to support its growth.

As well as supporting press campaigns, social media and content creation, Admire PR also offers strategy sessions, crisis management and support with award nominations.

The business is led by Andrea Sexton, who has more than 17 years of experience in the sector.

Admire PR currently employs three staff members, as well as five regular freelancers. The funding will be used to help boost market visibility and support the recruitment of a further employee.

Admire PR was referred to SWIG Finance by commercial broker Jerry Riches of Business Finance Trust.

Sexton said: “The SWIG Finance team are unlike those at most financial service organisations – it was refreshing to be working with an advisor who truly cared about me and my business. This funding will help us to grow as a company, and as a team – and it will make all the difference between just surviving and thriving.”
