Kwik Fit drives in to new Solstice Park scheme
Kwik Fit is the latest national operator to sign up to Helix Trade Park, a new development at Solstice Park in Amesbury.
Kwik Fit joins a variety of trade counter operators including Toolstation, Easy Bathrooms, and Motor Parts Direct.
This leaves only two of the 11 units remaining, which are 3,420 sq. ft. and 3,415 sq. ft. in size but can also be combined to form 6,835 sq. ft. in total.
RO Real Estate also own the site next door which can accommodate self-contained units of between 20,000 – 80,000 sq. ft.
Solstice Park is home to a number of national brands including: Home Bargains, Storage King, Howdens, Screwfix, Muller Wiseman, KFC, McDonalds, Co-op, Greggs, Costa Coffee, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Holiday Inn, Toby Carvery, and Harvester.
