Cyber firm continues recruitment drive

Fast-growing Dorset-headquartered cyber security company C3IA Solutions has added another quartet to its ranks.

The business works across the public and private sectors both in the UK and abroad and now has more than 130 members of staff.

Its recruitment of four new principal consultants will enable it to take on more contracts in the public sector and assist more private businesses.

Those joining are:
Paul Meehan, a Royal Signals veteran of 34 years who retired with the rank of Major and has spent the last five years in industry.
Barry Hollow, who spent 17 years as a defence civil servant and latterly has been working in the private sector.
Kev Lucas, a Royal Signals veteran of 25 years’ experience who retired with the rank of Captain.
Phil Leach, another Royal Signals veteran who spent 31 years with the corps and achieved the rank of Major. He has been working in industry since 2017.

All will concentrate on the engineering and project management side of the company that is based in Poole.

Steve Brown, operations director, said: “We are delighted that Paul, Barry, Kev and Phil are joining our team.

“They are all highly experienced and will be superb additions to our increasing number of staff who work across the country and abroad supporting our public and private sector clients.

“We are fortunate with our strong links with the military that we are able to recruit quality people from the services or with extensive defence experience.”
