Law firm brings in real estate specialist to head up Bristol team

Law firm Freeths has appointed real estate litigation lawyer David Quinn as director of  its Bristol team.

David has joined from Ince. With over 13 years’ experience, he advises corporates, high-net-worth individuals, investors, local authorities, estate managers, landowners, collective leaseholders and management companies across all aspects of real estate.

David has a particular focus on landlord and tenant, both commercial and residential, leasehold enfranchisement, land disputes and general advisory work.

In his new role David’s focus will be on growing the property litigation team in Bristol alongside Partner Daniel Cuthbert.

He will also look to develop the firm’s leasehold enfranchisement practice both in the region and across the UK.
