Advisory firm celebrates rapid growth over last 12 months

A company which offers advice at a senior level has nearly tripled its fee income and broken through the £1m annual sales mark.

Founder and chief executive of Bristol based BoardroomAdvisorsCo John Courtney said: “It’s been a fantastic year for the business.

“We were appointed by the Home Office as an endorsing body for start-up and innovator visas and have endorsed over 100 entrepreneurs and we will help them over the next two to three years with their new businesses.”

BoardroomAdvisors.co has expanded greatly during 2022, and now operates with 15 regional directors and over 150 advisors who have all scaled businesses. The advisors are all specialists in different functions from finance and IT to sales and marketing as well as non-executive directors, mentors and coaches.

John added: “In addition, our core business of fractional (or part-time) directors has grown substantially. We added finance directors, which has proved very popular, and more recently Coaches which is very much in vogue.”

BoardroomAdvisors.co has also expanded outside its Bristol headquarters and now has regional directors from Land’s End to John O’Groats with representatives in Europe, India and Saudi Arabia.

John Courtney is a serial entrepreneur, BoardroomAdvisors.co being his seventh business in a 45-year business career. Previous companies have included Strategy Digital, which was sold to Fat Media seven years ago.
