Developer welcomes three new tenants to business park

Property developer Summerfield Commercial has welcomed three new occupiers to one of its schemes.

Lakeside House is situated on the Blackbrook Business Park near Taunton.

Summerfield Commercial refurbished and subdivided the previously open plan first floor office to create three self-contained office suites which suit the differing needs of the three businesses.

The newly refurbished first floor offices are now fully let to Northavon Group, Savile Lloyd Recruitment and most recently Lakeside Dental.

Helene Du Preez, principal for Lakeside Dental said: “We are pleased to be able to provide quality dental healthcare services from our new state-of-the-art facilities in a warm and welcoming environment. The location is perfect, providing easy access for all patients, especially our many neighbours on Blackbrook Business Park.”

Northavon Water and HydroVein managing director Luke Beattie said the company was delighted to take advantage of Blackbrook Business Park’s prime location and to have such a pleasant, well-appointed base for staff and clients.

Stantec, an international design and consulting company, continue to occupy the ground floor of the premises.

Will Grant, divisional director at Summerfield Commercial, said: “Having refurbished and reconfigured this space to suit the evolving needs of the occupier market, we are delighted to see these three businesses settled in their new accommodation at Blackbrook.  We wish them every success here.”

Alder King partner Andrew Maynard, who advised Summerfield Commercial on the lettings, said: “We continue to see a flight to quality in the region’s office market, with Savile Lloyd and Northavon both seeking and securing better quality space.  The latest letting to Lakeside Dental re-confirms the continuing demand for space from the healthcare sector.”
