Recruitment drive continues at cyber company

Fast-growing Dorset cyber-security company C3IA Solutions has recruited a new manager to deal with quality assurance, environment, safety and health compliance.

Aidan Ritchie has joined the business after working in the automobile and nuclear industries.

He will be ensuring the company is compliant in a range of areas, as well as coordinating the company initiatives involving carbon reduction, social values and sponsorships.

With more than 130 employees based at its Poole headquarters and around the country, C3IA Solutions required a dedicated compliance manager.

Jim Hawkins from the company said: “Aidan brings skills that so far have been done by a number of people.

“It made sense to find someone expert in these areas to oversee the whole of the company.”
