US asset management firm announces acquisition of Devon hotel
An asset management company has announced the acquisition and renovation of a Devon hotel.
MDJM, which is listed on the American stock exchange, recently completed the acquisition and renovation of two new properties, Fernie Castle and Robin Hill Hotel.
The acquisition and renovation of the two properties, each with their own historical heritage and cultural value, represent the completion of the first phase of MDJM’s repositioning and upgrade into new markets.
