Major letting signed and sealed at Bridgwater business park

Two industrial units at Bridgwater’s Showground Business Park have been let to Vuba Chemical Innovations, a rapidly growing resin bound surfacing manufacturer, as it expands its operations and infrastructure to better cater to its South West market.

1 & 2 Festival Units at The Showground Business Park comprise 12,000 sq ft of light industrial space.

Vuba operations director James Purdy said: “We are delighted to have secured a position at the Showground Business Park. The quality of the refurbishment fits in line with our brand image and the location cements our presence within the South West, a major growth market for us.”

“Somerset Council’s exciting plans for Bridgwater, in addition to the recently reported major manufacturing investment at Gravity Business Park are likely to boost the area’s appeal and demand for Bridgwater as an industrial location only further for both growing and established businesses.”
