Corporate partner joins Knights in Cheltenham
Knights has added corporate expertise to its growing team in Cheltenham as partner Ben Davis joins the team in the South West.
Davis specialises in corporate transactions for owner-managed businesses and has vast experience working alongside high-profile corporate clients, including recently advising Silverwood Brands plc on its £10m acquisition of luxury beauty brand, Nailberry.
He said: “This is an incredibly exciting time to be joining the Cheltenham office. I’ve been lucky throughout my career to have the backing of a now 1,500-strong team across the Knights portfolio, who are always a phone call away for advice and support.
“There’s already some exceptional talent here at the Cheltenham base, and I can’t wait to get started and drive forward our corporate offering for new and existing clients and grow our presence in the locality.”
Knights Cheltenham office, which celebrates its 15th anniversary next year, has recently been refurbished with a state-of-the-art office space.
It boasts a strong commercial real estate team, dealing with landlords, tenants and leasing agreements, estate management, litigation and acquisition services for top construction firms such as Amey, ISG and Aggregate Industries.
The addition of Davis to the team forms part of plans for rapid growth across the South West, following Knights’ arrival in Bristol earlier this year and the arrival of three new partners.
