Luxury West Cliff development in Bournemouth nears completion

Dorset-based developer AJC Group is just one month away from completing its West Cliff development The Sonnet in Bournemouth.

Located close to the newly refurbished The Nici hotel, the scheme comprises 14 two-bedroom luxury apartments.

The £10m development has been designed by ARC Architects.

Fifty per cent of the apartments have now been sold, with only seven apartments still available.
