Plans revealed for major holiday resort near Newquay
A report which sets out plans for a new holiday resort near Newquay has been submitted to Cornwall Council.
The proposals include up to 450 lodges, a swimming pool complex, three restaurants and sports and health hubs.
It would be built on 67 hectares (165 acres) of land, north east of Quintrell Downs.
Planning consultant company Axis has been appointed by Kingsley Developments on the proposed scheme.
The environmental impact assessment report is due to be considered by Cornwall Council later this year.
