Property consultancy firm moves into new office in Bath

Property consultancy Savills has moved to a new location in Bath.

The new office is over 2,500 sq ft and is situated on Milsom Street, a historic shopping street in the city.

Savills initially established its presence in Bath in 1988 and has since evolved into a leading multidisciplinary business, offering high-quality services in residential and rural property across the past three decades.

We saw an opportunity, not only to move onto one of the city’s most famous shopping streets but to create a new flagship office that is perfectly aligned with our clients, business and brand.
