Wealth management firm acquires Bristol financial advice specialist

Titan Wealth Holdings has announced the acquisition of Aspira Corporate Solutions Limited, pending regulatory approval.

The move increases Titan’s assets under management by £4bn, reaching a total of £16.6bn.

Established in 2000, Aspira Corporate Solutions is based in Bristol and provides financial advice through its team of 50 advisors to over 15,000 clients across the UK.

Aspira’s business model focuses on delivering personalised advice built on long-term relationships and adapting to changing circumstances.

Titan is already in a partnership with Aspira for the development of the investment proposition and management of the Aspira Model Portfolio Service investments.

Derek Miles, Aspira’s chief executive, will assume the role of chief executive of the financial planning division of Titan.

His responsibility will be overseeing the financial planning business within the Titan Group, providing financial advice and solutions to existing and new retail and corporate clients.
