Mortgage advisors unveil new headquarters in Bath

L&C Mortgages has unveiled its new Bath headquarters following a move to a custom-designed office in the Newark Works development on Bath Quays.

The move is a new phase for L&C, reinforcing its role as a primary provider of fee-free mortgage advice to homebuyers, homeowners, and landlords nationwide.

Beazer House was L&C’s base for over 20 years with more than 450 staff members, L&C also has an office in Newcastle.

Interaction a Bath-based workplace design company designed the new office.

The 4,864 sq ft space offers adaptable office settings for both focused and collaborative work.

Interaction also crafted communal spaces at Newark Works, including a central bar and entrance area, fostering a sense of community among tenants and establishing a hub for Bath’s creative businesses.
