Law firm advises management team at pharmaceutical company
Osborne Clarke team, led by Bristol-based partner Alisdair Livingstone, supported Torbay Pharmaceuticals’ management team in its investment by NorthEdge.
Private finance firm NorthEdge has acquired Torbay Pharmaceuticals from the Torbay and Devon NHS Foundation Trust.
The acquisition aims to enhance Torbay’s capabilities, expand its North American presence, and facilitate automation for inspection and packaging processes.
