Finance firm expands with appointments and promotions

Investment firm SWIG Finance is expanding thanks to a series of appointments and promotions.

Kirsty Richards, a familiar face from Barclays with 19 years of experience, takes on the new role of portfolio manager.

Start Up Loans advisors Jules Burton, Helen Kaye, and Suzy Lowe join, each bringing diverse backgrounds in banking, business support, and entrepreneurship.

Adele Jones, with experience at Which?, NatWest, and Everyday Loans, becomes associate business manager.

Internal promotions include Mark Thayre as credit manager and Jo MacEachen as Start Up Loans senior manager.

Business manager Nicki Kimberley assumes a dual role as compliance manager.

Lisa Nathan, SWIG’s marketing and communications manager for the past 4 years, joins the senior management team after earning her Level 6 Certificate in marketing.

SWIG’s managing director, John Peters, said: “I’m delighted to welcome our new recruits and excited by the all-new improved team. I’m confident that our staff’s shared enthusiasm, commitment, and ability will help the company move on to achieve even greater impact.”
