Construction consultant expands in anticipation for new year
VOLOCO Construction Consulting, offering tailored and adaptable services to the construction industry—including quantity surveying, commercial support, cost management, design management, and bid management—is poised for expansion in both its footprint and key services as it approaches 2024.
Based in Bristol, VOLOCO is expanding its presence in the East of England with the addition of Adrian Green as a commercial consultant in the Cambridge office.
Bringing over 30 years of expertise in measurement, procurement, contract management, and dispute resolution within residential, restoration, and pharmaceutical sectors, Green has previously worked at City and Country Group and Larkfleet Homes Ltd.
Andrea Morgan has joined VOLOCO as a design & sustainability consultant.
Leveraging Morgan’s three-decade specialisation, the firm aims to provide support to contractors, subcontractors, and developers, ensuring compliance with regulatory and project requirements.
Key services include carbon baselining and accounting, aiding in the journey to achieve net-zero goals, and offering carbon literacy training.
