Burger & Sauce set for Sutton Coldfield opening

Burger & Sauce’s newest franchisee is to open in Sutton Coldfield.

Shahid Hamid will manage the new Sutton Coldfield Burger & Sauce which will launch at the end of March.

Saad Masood, founder of Burger & Sauce, said:: “We are delighted to welcome Shahid as a franchisee for Burger & Sauce.  He has a solid fast food background having gained experience working with several household name QSR brands over the years.  In addition, he has run his own commercial and domestic gas installation business and so understands our relentless focus on great customer service.  With our training and support as a franchisor, he is now perfectly placed to grow his Burger & Sauce franchised restaurant’s sales in Sutton Coldfield.”

Hamid said: “Joining Burger & Sauce as a franchisee is a career change from running my installation business. I’ve seen first-hand how popular the restaurants are and following extensive in-store training I’m now ready to work with my team to serve up the freshest, tastiest burgers in Birmingham.”

Burger & Sauce was originally created by Masood at the age of 28, during the midst of the pandemic.  The brand was an instant hit and continues to expand with 20 restaurants confirmed to be open by the end of 2023.

The fast-food franchise chain is now trading successfully in the Bull Ring, Castle Vale, Alum Rock, Kings Heath, Walsall, Nottingham, Derby, West Bromwich and Leicester.
