Jerroms Miller Specialist Tax has announced the appointment of Pippa Taylor as VAT manager.
With an impressive track record in VAT, Taylor brings a wealth of expertise that will further enhance Jerroms Miller Specialist Tax’s reputation for excellence in tax consultancy and client support.
In her new role, she will oversee VAT advisory projects, ensuring seamless compliance with ever-evolving legislation while delivering expert guidance to a diverse portfolio of clients.
Her deep understanding of VAT and practical implementation will be instrumental in expanding the firm’s VAT services across multiple industries.

Social purpose law firm, Anthony Collins, announces 13 promotions and three lateral moves across the business, from partner level through to associate and across its business support teams.
The promotions include two new partners, six appointments to legal director, two new associates and three promotions and three lateral appointments across the business.
Alex Tindall has been promoted to partner from legal director in the property team. Tindall leads the firm’s property work for charities, advising on commercial and residential transactions for a number of national charities.

Nicola Woods has been promoted to partner in the clinical negligence and personal injury team, with experience in catastrophic injury, fatality and clinical negligence cases. Woods is the firm’s first partner who is a chartered legal executive.
Jackie Morris has been promoted to legal director in the employment and pensions team. Morris provides employment tribunal representation across all sectors, with a particular focus on health and social care.
In the clinical negligence and personal injury team, Victoria Fullilove steps up to legal director, specialising in complex, maximum-severity personal injury cases. Fullilove is well-regarded for her partnership approach with organisations, supporting individuals and families through life-changing circumstances.
Lindsey Bohanna and Narinder Singh have been promoted to legal director in the private client team, undertaking personal and estate planning, and work related to children law, respectively, including disputes between parents, family members or cases involving local authorities.
In the projects team, Alex Lawrence and Max Howarth have been promoted to legal director. Lawrence advises local authorities and public sector clients on commercial contracts, procurement, subsidy control and governance, while Howarth specialises in planning and highways law, including local planning authority decision-making, planning agreements, permitted development and a host of other legal matters.
Newly-promoted associates, Jack Hewitt and Jodie Wilding in the property department respectively specialise in social housing development, site set-up and plot sales, and advising third-sector clients, including churches, charities and trusts, on residential property sales, purchases and related matters.

Insurance specialist Evolution Claims Management has appointed Donna Quarrell as director of operations to strengthen its senior leadership team as the company continues its growth trajectory.
In her new role, Quarrell will oversee operational processes across the business, drawing upon more than 15 years’ experience leading operational teams in leading insurance companies.

Her most recent role was four years as head of service delivery at a leading claims management provider, which followed four years as operations manager within the same firm.
She also has experience from her time as operations manager for a major Insurer.

In my career to date, I have specialised in driving forward service improvements to all customers through excellent operational team service, customer feedback, and constantly reviewing and evolving our processes and digital offerings.
