Law firm selected on £50m legal services framework
Birmingham-based law firm Shakespeare Martineau has been selected to join the Communities and Housing Investment Consortium (CHIC) legal services framework.
The framework spans four years and involves a 24-member panel sharing work estimated at £50m.
It is structured into four categories: corporate governance and finance, housing and asset management, development, and property.
CHIC, was established in 2010 as a non-profit organisation which aids housing providers and local authorities in delivering services to residents.
