Construction company gears up to help on £5.8m Porsche centre
A Midlands-based construction consultancy has been selected to assist with the development of a £5.8m Porsche centre in Exeter.
The Construction Consultants (TCC), based in Birmingham, will provide quantity surveying and employer’s agent services for the new Porsche dealership.
As employer’s agents, TCC will represent Ryland Automotive and Dealership Developments throughout the project until its completion.
Located on Matford Park Road, the project involves demolishing the existing dealership and constructing a new facility that includes a large vehicle showroom, workshop areas, servicing and testing bays, and a wet and dry valeting building.
The development will also feature drainage and civil works, landscaping, and extensive parking spaces.
It is expected to be completed early next year, with TCC involved from the initial feasibility phase.
