Plans submitted for major housing development in Nuneaton

Plans have been submitted for a major housing development on the Arbury Estate in Nuneaton, with proposals for up to 1,525 homes.

Land promoter Richborough is behind the plans for the 215-acre site, which has been allocated for residential use under the Borough Plan.

The development would feature a mix of housing, with 25% designated as affordable, along with a primary school, community amenities, and improved infrastructure and transport links.

The design, which is focussed around a new community hub, is founded upon new greenways and wildlife corridors which encourage active travel and healthy lifestyles.
