GBR Phoenix Beard makes director level appointment

BIRMINGHAM consultancy GBR Phoenix Beard has expanded its building consultancy division with the addition of Michael Brown as a director. 

Brown joins from Knight Frank where he was head of the building consultancy team in Birmingham for more than five years. 

He brings more than 20 years’ experience in building surveying for clients across a diverse range of industry sectors including fund management, automotive retail, marine, manufacturing, defence, health and education.

He will play a key role in developing GBR Phoenix Beard’s building consultancy services and will work closely with the management team to grow this part of the business.

He said: “I am delighted to be joining such a progressive firm – the GBR Phoenix Beard brand is highly regarded in the property market. This new role will involve me working with colleagues from the across the business, and I’m looking forward to the new opportunities this will bring.”
