String of senior promotions at PwC

PwC has announced further investment in its senior team in the Midlands with the promotion of one partner and five directors.

Newly promoted legal partner Mark Skedgel is based in PwC’s Birmingham office working in the assurance practice. Having joined the Birmingham office as an audit graduate, Skedgel has worked providing external audit to predominantly plcs and large corporates, as well as on capital markets transactions and data assurance.

The five newly promoted directors are Sarah O’Donnell, assurance director, Jayne Harrold, tax director,  Simon Higgins, assurance director, and David Mayland, assurance director, who are all based in Birmingham.

Meanwhile,  Christopher Ward has been promoted to tax director and is based in Milton Keynes.

There were some 300 promotions across our three Midlands offices, effective 1 July, and we look forward to welcoming our next intake of graduates and apprentices this year, creating new routes into our profession.”
