In the past three years, Green Sheep Group – whose brands include The Little Green Sheep and Snüz – has increased annual sales by over 500% to more than £5m.

The company has now expanded into 14,000 sq ft of warehouse space at Stockwood Business Park, Redditch. It also predicts that further space will be acquired before the end of 2017 to meet continuing increased demand.

“We are currently going through the most significant growth phase in the company’s history. Whilst everything we are experiencing was strategically planned a year ago, it is still an incredibly exciting time,” said Paul Maurice, Green Sheep Group’s product director.

“New product launches and recent increases in international trade have seen expansion throughout the Group – and this increase in our distribution space in Redditch enables us meet growth opportunities.”

The company, which employs 25 people and has created 18 new jobs in the past three years, is now undertaking a recruitment programme to fulfil orders.

The group’s products are stocked in UK retail outlets including Mamas and Papas, John Lewis Partnership, Mothercare, Boots, Babies R Us and several hundred high-end independent retailers.

A recent collaboration with John Lewis Partnership has seen trials in its flagship stores being rolled out across its entire retail network.
