Development site brought to the market

A development site near Stoke-on-Trent has been brought to the market.

Christie & Co is handling the sale of the site on the edge of Fenton town centre.

Planning permission has previously been granted by the city council for a 22 bed residential care home, which had been designed to incorporate two detached buildings.

The site is being marketed at an asking price of £350,000 for the freehold interest.
