Second site for Cock ‘N’ Bull restaurant and bar

Green Salmon Public Houses, run by former managing directors of Frankie & Benny’s and Chiquito, is to open a second Cock ‘N’ Bull restaurant in the West Midlands.

Green Salmon has acquired the former So Aromatic business in Sutton Coldfield for the launch of its second site.

Cock ‘N’ Bull’s primary site is located in Stourbridge, and following its success, Green Salmon, headed up by Jason Green, previously MD of Chiquito, and David Salmon, the former MD of Frankie & Benny’s, intends to expand the Cock ‘N’ Bull concept further across the Midlands and North West.

The transaction was brokered by Andrew Whelan of leisure property specialist Fleurets, who said: “It has been a delight to be a part of Jason and David’s, as well as Cock ‘N’ Bull’s, next step of the journey.

“Cock ‘N’ Bull is an incredibly exciting and design-led concept with terrific potential for expansion and I am very much assisting with further sites.”
