Trio of brands sign up to The Mailbox

Three new occupiers are set to launch at The Mailbox, taking 10,000 sq ft of space.

Homeware retailer Sofas & Stuff will take 2,000 sq ft, and London-based Pall Mall Barbers have signed up to an 800 sq ft site on level one, opposite Flint + Flint beauty store.

Joining them will be an as an as-yet-unnamed women’s fashion retailer, set to launch in early June. Previously it was announced that Castle Fine Art would also be joining the lineup.

Melanie Taylor, head of retailer relations at Milligan, joint owners of the Mailbox, commented: “We’re incredibly excited to announce the latest arrivals to the Mailbox, taking us to 18 new retail and F&B openings within the last two years.

“It’s a real vote of confidence in the centre’s valuable proposition for our occupiers in this challenging retail climate.

“The new signings are a fantastic example of the breadth of our portfolio which now comprises a wide range of occupiers, united by excellent service and exceptional product to provide a truly customer-focussed experience.

“We look forward to showcasing our exciting offering to customers in Birmingham and the broader Midlands region.”

Castle Fine Art will open the doors to its new 6,000 sq. ft. flagship showroom space in early June. It will feature work from contemporary artists including Bob Dylan, Lorenzo Quinn and Domingo Zapata, as well as exhibitions and artist appearances.

The Mailbox is home to a number of exclusive fashion brands including Harvey Nichols’ 45,000 sq. ft. flagship store, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein Underwear, BOSS, Emporio Armani, Paul Smith, and Gieves & Hawkes.

Nash Bond, Avison Young and Shelley Sandzer are leasing agents for the Mailbox.
