New head chef for Brindleyplace’s Maribel restaurant

Fine dining restaurant Maribel is set to get a more relaxed feel following the arrival of a new head chef after founder and head chef Richard Turner departed two weeks ago. The new head chef is Henry Pertolla, who said he aims to make the Maribel more “accessible” and has revamped the à la carte and tasting menus to prove it. Pertolla was a finalist and runner up in the 2017 Chef Stagiaire and a finalist in the 2018 British Culinary Federation Young Chef of the Year awards.
