People: Law firm welcomes new head of department; Fit-out company launches Midlands operation with MD appointment; and more

QualitySolicitors Davisons has welcomed Sarah Owens to head up the Wills, Trusts and Probate Department at the Wolverhampton office.

Owens has more than five years’ experience in the Private Client Sector.

Having graduated with a Law Degree from Aberystwyth University, she moved back to the Midlands, where she is originally from, to complete her legal studies at BPP University, Birmingham.
An integral part of her work involves helping older clients plan for asset protection and care fee planning.

She said: “Sometimes it can be worrying thinking about the future, and what may happen if we, or our loved ones, become unable to deal with our affairs or are no longer here. With careful planning, and an eye for detail, we can all ensure that our affairs are in order, with minimal stress and before it is too late.”
