Fire-hit industrial building to be brought back into use

A former industrial building in Coventry that was damaged by fire has been purchased, with plans to bring it back into business use. The property in Herald Way, Binley, which was hit by the fire in July, has been bought by Purewal Commercial Estates for £425,000 with the assistance of Holt Commercial. The company plans to create a warehouse/trade counter property on the site. Demolition of the building is now underway and the company will soon apply for planning permission to create a new commercial unit on the site. Jat ...
