Office building secures new occupier after £1m refurb

An 8,000 sq ft letting has been secured at 1 Bridgewater Road in Worcester to a company involved in risk management and the insurance sector.

The letting to the company, which is not being named, follows a £1m refurbishment of the building.

Andrew Duckett from JLL Fund Advisory, who acts on behalf of the building’s owners said: “We’re pleased to have secured another occupier by investing significantly in the offices to create a point of difference in the marketplace and appeal to companies focused on wellbeing and attracting and retain talent.”

One further floor of nearly 8000 sq ft remains available to let at 1 Bridgewater Road sitting adjacent to Npower and Aspire Academy.
