Construction at one of Birmingham’s newest residential developments completes

Construction at one of Birmingham’s newest residential developments, Arden Gate, has been completed.

Despite the impact of the Coronavirus pandemic, developer Court Collaboration is celebrating practical completion at the scheme off Broad Street, where homeowners will soon start receiving their keys to the 225 apartments.

Designed by architects Corstorphine + Wright and built by Torsion Group, Arden Gate features a mix of one, two-bed and duplex apartments.

The development also includes car parking, electric vehicle charging pods and secure bike sheds.

Alex Neale, managing director at Court Collaboration, said: “We’re a local developer with a huge passion for our city, so we’re continuing to invest in Birmingham and working hard to deliver an exciting pipeline of developments.

“It’s been fantastic to watch Arden Gate come out of the ground and we’re delighted to have achieved PC. There are still a few apartments left to buy but sales have been consistent and impressive, especially during the pandemic.”
