Housing development enters final building stage

Construction is underway on the final plots at a housing development in Rugby/

Ashberry Homes is building 138 homes at Tilia Park off Coventry Road in Cawston, including a mix of three, four and five-bedroom houses for private sale.

There are now just six plots left for sale.

Claire Black, sales manager for Ashberry Homes East Midlands, said: “The final stage of construction has now started at Tilia Park with all building work expected to be completed by summer next year.
