Flexible office provider launches West Midlands work hub

Citibase, a provider of flexible and serviced office space, has opened a work hub in Halesowen which will provide over 10,000 sq ft of space.

The new centre forms part of the Citibase Local network. Customers who take space in a Citibase Local hub automatically get free access to a Citibase London office one day a week for key client meetings or team get togethers.

Citibase’s customers in London will be able to access the new Halesowen centre for free through Citibase Local.

Housed in the refurbished Trinity Point building, jointly developed by Land Capital and Urban Village Capital, Citibase Halesowen offers customers onsite parking, communal areas and meeting room facilities.

Steve Jude, CEO of Citibase, said: “Reflecting the rise of regions, Citibase Halesowen will provide much needed affordable office space that allows local starts ups and businesses to thrive, with the flexibility to easily change the size of their space as they grow without the financial commitment of typical long lease commitments.

“In light of Covid-19 and the increase in flexible and hybrid working habits, our Citibase Local initiative will also allow customers to enjoy the best of both worlds, utilising our London office spaces part time should they require it.

“With our roots in Birmingham, Citibase Halesowen forms a key part of our expansion plans around the West Midlands area.”
