Warwickshire decorating specialist completes contract in London’s Regent Street

Henley-in-Arden based commercial decoration company Harvey UK has completed a contract to decorate a building on London’s Regent Street.

Harvey UK has carried out all of the painting, decorating, resin flooring and finishing work on 44 apartments in the recently-redeveloped Morley House – part of the Crown Estate.

The renovation of the seven-storey Morley House – a Grade II listed building constructed in 1924 – has been carried out by Kier Construction and also includes 11,000 sq ft of retail space.

Harvey UK managing director Tony Harvey said: “We have done a lot high-end work in London on exclusive residential developments so we are familiar with the very high standards of finishing required in this very distinctive and desirable property.”
