New homes released for sale as third phase of Nuneaton scheme gets underway

Work is progressing at the Royal Park development in Nuneaton where the first homes in phase three are now available to buy.
Bellway has released five new homes – a mix of two and three-bedroom houses – onto the market, with more set to follow in the next two months.
The national housebuilder is delivering a total of 451 homes at Royal Park, off The Long Shoot, including 75 in the latest phase.
Marie Richards, sales director for Bellway West Midlands, said: “Around 80 per cent of the homes at Royal Park have now been built and all of the properties that have been completed are already occupied, demonstrating just how popular this development has been.
“The first selection of homes in phase three will be ready for buyers to move into this October and we anticipate that construction work at the development will be completed before the end of summer next year.”
Bellway has been delivering houses at Royal Park for six years. Almost 100 properties at the development have been purchased with the Help to Buy Scheme.
Richards said: “As with the previous phases at Royal Park, some of the newly released homes are within the Help to Buy property price cap and will be available to purchase with the scheme.
“We are looking forward to welcoming more new residents to Royal Park soon. Situated just over two miles from Nuneaton town centre, the development has become a thriving community due to its convenient location and close proximity to shops, parks and schools.”
