Marks & Spencer reveals opening date for Solihull store

Marks & Spencer has announced it will open the doors to its newest store, M&S Sears Solihull, next month.

with be open from Wednesday 2nd June at 9am.

Located in Sears Retail Park, the store opens on June 2 and will be headed up by store manager Naomi Hartley and a team of 250 staff.

The launch of the store will coincide with the closure of M&S Mell Square.

Staff currently working in the Mell Square store will be moving to Sears Solihull.

Naomi Hartley said: “My team and I are really excited about our new store at Sears Retail Park. When open we’ll be working hard to provide outstanding service and help make every penny count for the community. Whilst Sears Solihull is already offering thousands of great quality products through our expanded Foodhall, we’re excited to be bringing even more food offers, as well as all the latest in clothing and home inspiration and essentials for the whole family.

“We’re really looking forward to welcoming the community to the new store and we will have measures in place to reflect the latest guidelines, to ensure everyone can shop with confidence.”
