Expanding probation and employment services provider takes space at West Bromwich office block

Human services provider Ingeus UK has taken a major part of Kingston House in West Bromwich as it expands its presence in the region.

Ingeus has taken 4,470 sq ft on the first floor of the six-storey office block on a six year term as part of a growth drive.

The company works with local and national government on a range of projects aimed at helping people develop their prospects and potential. It also works with employers to support inclusive workforce recruitment and development.

The letting was sealed by Black Country-based property agents Bond Wolfe.

James Mattin, managing director agency at Bond Wolfe, said: “This deal is further evidence that the office market is alive and well post Covid.

“We have seen a steady increase in office space requirements throughout 2021 and have strong interest in the remaining space at Kingston House.”

Law firm Clark Brookes Turner Carey acted for landlord REI in the leasing agreement.

Pinsent Masons provided legal advice for Ingeus and Vail Williams acted as agent for the tenant.
