Estate management company lands Taylor Wimpey deal

One of the UK’s largest housebuilders has instructed Birmingham’s Principle Estate Management to look after more than 260 new houses under construction in the Black Country.

The new contract from Taylor Wimpey is for Principle to manage a development called Wyrley View, off Goscote Lane in Walsall.

This will see a total of 263 two, three and four-bedroomed homes built on a site backing onto the Wyrley and Essington Canal.

Joe Jobson, a director at Principle, said: “This will be our fourth instruction with Taylor Wimpey in the Midlands and it’s great to be continuing our good relationship with such a renowned firm.

“We understand the importance of not just providing a management service but also building communities, which is underlined through our company vision ‘to positively impact the everyday lives of our communities.

“Principle will be providing Taylor Wimpey with management strategy advice throughout the build on a scheme that will become a resident management company instruction.”

Beth Staples, technical co-ordinator at Taylor Wimpey, said: “We are pleased to have chosen Principle to manage this residential scheme for us after a full tender process.

“We have been impressed by the work that Principle has done for us on our existing schemes and with their modern approach to management.”
