Estate agent expands into Solihull
A Midlands estate agency has announced plans to expand into the Solihull area as it prepares to grow its business further in 2022.
Chosen Home marked its first anniversary in September, and is ending a successful year of growing its team and collecting awards by announcing its intention to expand its operation into Solihull, Knowle, Olton, Shirley and Dorridge.
The business’ unique concept, which means that vendors aren’t charged to sell their homes, has seen it grow quickly as word spread about the model.
Director Nicki Ash said: “When we launched in September 2020, we did so in Sutton Coldfield and Stourbridge, focusing on the areas where we had a strong contact base and extensive local knowledge.
“Our concept of not charging the vendor to sell their home saw us gain a strong foothold on the market throughout the West Midlands, and within 12 months, Chosen Home became one of the region’s fastest-growing independent estate agents, earning a reputation for providing exceptional customer service and first-class sales packages.
“We always intended to broaden our regional footprint as the business grew, and with an ever-increasing number of enquiries about properties in Solihull and its surrounding villages, we decided fairly quickly that it was the next logical step for our growth.
“With that in mind, we appointed Hannah Delaney to our team earlier this year, confident that her strong property background, teamed with her her knowledge of the Solihull area, would prove a valuable asset when the time came to branch out.”
Ash added: “Solihull has topped the ‘best places to live in the UK’ surveys multiple times, and with so many picturesque, semi rural villages on the outskirts of the town, there’s a huge demand for homes in the area.
“We are keen to take our business model, which sees us sell a vendor’s property free of charge, into the region to kick 2022 off and mark the next step in our development. We’re really looking forward to seeing our For Sale boards start to appear throughout the region as awareness of our reputation spreads.”
