Six companies snap up newly repurposed storage land

Property and asset management company FI Real Estate Management (FIREM), has leased the last remaining plot of land at its newly repurposed Link 41 estate in Tipton, Dudley, rendering the site fully let.

Occupiers including kitchen designer and manufacturer Wren Kitchens, mesh panel fence company Heras Fencing, and logistics provider Riva Transport are now taking advantage of the secure open storage land on offer at Link 41.

A subsequent 10-year lease deal with Titan Containers has now seen the site fully let.

Formerly an ageing open mill site, FIREM has transformed the site into 12.5 acres of land for HGV parking, open storage and container storage.

Link 41 forms part of FIREM’s growing portfolio of assets in the West Midlands with new build developments in the pipeline at Drayton Manor Business Park in Tamworth and Hay Hall Business Park in Tyseley.

A spokesperson for FI Real Estate Management said: “We created Link 41 in response to growing market demand for high quality yard space in the West Midlands. Its immediate occupancy by growing businesses such as Titan Containers, Wren Kitchens and Riva Transport is testament to our astute flexibility in catering to the changing commercial property landscape. As a secure open storage site, it neatly complements our regional portfolio of top grade office and industrial space as well as two substantial new build developments in the pipeline.”
