Former William & Sons building acquired

Commercial property specialists Hulbert Properties has acquired the 22,500 sq ft William & Sons building on Level Street in Brierley Hill.

The company is now planning a major £500,000 refurbishment scheme to provide contemporary space in the prominent location overlooking the Merry Hill shopping complex.

Hulbert was advised by Michael Johnson and Co. who will now be working jointly to execute the proposed project.
