Managed service provider retires name following takeover deal

Uttoxeter-based IT support provider INFINITY IT Solutions has rebranded, retiring its name and branding, following its acquisition by Air IT last September.

The dealsaw INFINITY IT Solutions became one of eight businesses so far acquired by Air IT.

The move sees INFINITY IT Solutions take on the Air IT name, branding and website.

This is the fourth full rebrand completed by Nottingham headquartered Air IT, following that of its Birmingham, Coventry and Oxford branches (formerly known as Microtrading, Nexus GS and Riverbank IT Management).

Simon McAlpine, founder and Managing Director of INFINITY IT Solutions, said: “Integrating with Air IT has been a smooth transition and we look forward to the next phase in our journey with our fantastic growing team.”
